Hi, I’m Caroline, a certified paediatric sleep consultant with over 30 years’ experience working with babies, children and families. I’ve worked as a nanny, qualified early years teacher, speech and language specialist and maternity nurse – so I understand children’s needs from every angle. I pride myself on being a respectful infant educator.

I support tired parents to gently improve their child’s sleep using calm, evidence-informed strategies that fit your child’s age, temperament and your family values. the results are transformational for the whole family as everyone is better able to function. i promise no judgement, no “one-size-fits-all” plans – just clear guidance and ongoing support so everyone in your home can rest and thrive.

Free 20-Minute Discovery Call

Let’s start with a no-pressure chat. This is your chance to tell me what’s been happening with your child’s sleep and ask any questions before deciding which package suits you best.

💫 The Secure Sleep Package – £500

Duration: 2 weeks of personalised support

This is my most popular package, designed for families who want gentle, realistic solutions and hands-on guidance.

What’s included:

  • A detailed three-day sleep diary for you to complete before we begin

  • A full analysis of your diary, including patterns, triggers, and developmental factors

  • A personalised sleep strategy based on your child’s emotional and developmental needs

  • A 45 minute online consultation to discuss your plan and next steps

  • Daily text/email check-ins during week one, then every other day in week two

  • Adjustments and ongoing advice as needed

  • A final wrap-up summary and maintenance tips for continued success

✨ Perfect for parents who want structured, evidence-based support with real accountability and emotional understanding.

🌜 The Gentle Start Package – £300

Duration: 1 week of personalised support

Ideal for families needing help with a specific sleep concern — such as nap transitions, early waking, or bedtime resistance.

What’s included:

  • Three-day sleep diary and analysis

  • Personalised strategy and 45-minute consultation

  • Daily text/email check-ins for one week

  • Optional add-on: extra week of support (+£200)

✨ Perfect for parents ready to make manageable, focused changes with expert guidance.

🌟 The Extended Support Package – £650

Duration: 4 weeks of tailored support

For families with more complex sleep challenges or those who want deeper, ongoing guidance.

What’s included:

  • Full sleep diary and developmental analysis

  • Personalised strategy and 45 minute consultation

  • Flexible text/email support throughout 4 weeks

  • Optional 15-minute follow-up at 6 weeks

✨ Designed for families with multiple children, emotional regulation challenges, or more ingrained sleep difficulties.

Optional Add-Ons

  • Extra week of text/email support – £150

  • Additional 30-minute consultation – £75

  • Home visit (where available) – £100/hour


About Me.

For over 30 years, I’ve supported children and their families through some of the most important moments of early childhood. My work has taken me from early years teaching to family support, and for the past decade I’ve worked as a nanny, helping many parents navigate the transition back to work after maternity leave and supporting parents to implement secure strategies to ensure the whole house is well rested.  These experiences have given me a deep understanding of what families truly need: reassurance, compassion, support and sleep.

I also know first hand how vital rest is for every parent. As a single, full-time working mum, I learned very quickly just how much sleep affects our wellbeing, our patience, and our ability to show up for our children. I remember the exhaustion, the worry, and the pressure of trying to “do it all.” It’s one of the reasons I feel so strongly about supporting parents without judgement because I’ve been there myself.

Today, as a Level 6 Holistic Sleep Coach, I combine evidence-based knowledge with a calm, empathetic approach that honours both the child’s emotional development and the parent’s wellbeing. My focus is always on creating secure, connected sleep foundations for children aged 6 months to 12 years, without methods that compromise trust or attachment.

My goal is simple: to help you feel supported, confident, and understood and to help your child sleep in a way that feels right for your family.

You don’t have to navigate sleepless nights alone. I’m here to support you with warmth, experience, and a genuine belief that restful sleep is possible.

As a Paediatric Sleep Consultant, I provide personalised sleep plans to address night wakings, early rising, dropping night feeds, nap transitions, and sleep regression. My approach is based on understanding the child's individual sleep patterns and creating a customized plan that empowers parents to support their child's healthy sleep habits. I am committed to guiding families towards sustainable solutions for better sleep quality.

When you work with Help My Child To Sleep, you’re working with a practitioner who has spent her entire career in childcare, completed high-level accredited sleep coaching training, maintains up-to-date safeguarding, and is committed to lifelong learning and evidence-based practice.
